Service policies

Clear expectations make service easier.

A practical overview of scheduling, payment, access, weather, seasonal work, and additional treatment.
01

Cancellation & rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours notice when you need to cancel or move a scheduled service. Koby Pools will make a reasonable effort to find another available service time. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling availability.

02

Payment

Koby Pools accepts cash and card. Payment is due when the service is completed or according to the invoice or recurring-service arrangement agreed with the customer.

03

Weather & service days

Pool service may be delayed or rescheduled when lightning, severe weather, unsafe conditions, or other circumstances make outdoor work impractical or unsafe. Koby Pools will communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

04

When no one is home

For routine service, the customer does not need to be home if Koby Pools has permission and safe access to the pool area. Gates should be accessible, pets should be secured, and any special access instructions should be provided in advance.

05

Weekly-service commitment

Routine weekly maintenance does not require a long-term service commitment unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Customers should give reasonable notice before ending recurring service so the schedule can be updated.

06

Seasonal timing

There are no fixed universal opening or closing dates. Timing depends on weather, pool condition, customer preference, and seasonal scheduling availability. Booking earlier is recommended during busy opening and closing periods.

07

Chemicals & unusual pool conditions

Normal anticipated chemicals are included in the estimate for routine maintenance. If the pool needs substantially more chemicals, algae treatment, or corrective work than originally estimated, Koby Pools will let the customer know before adding the extra cost.

08

Access, utilities & equipment

Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the pool area and normal access to pool equipment. Specialized electrical, plumbing, structural, or major equipment repair is outside the advertised Koby Pools service scope unless separately confirmed.
