FAQ

Straight answers before you book.

Pricing, maintenance, chemicals, seasonal work, service areas, scheduling, and support—without the fine-print maze.
How much is weekly pool maintenance?

$90 per week, approximately $390 per month, for once-per-week service during the pool season.

What is included in weekly maintenance?

Routine weekly service includes skimming, vacuuming as needed, brushing accessible surfaces as needed, water testing, chemical balancing, routine filter checks, and basic equipment inspection or troubleshooting within Koby Pools’ service scope.

How are chemicals handled?

Normal anticipated chemicals are included in the estimate. If the pool needs substantially more chemicals, algae treatment, or corrective treatment than originally estimated, Koby Pools will let you know before adding extra cost.

How much are pool openings and closings?

Pool opening and pool closing are separate services and are currently estimated at approximately $350 each. Additional treatment or unusual work may change the final price and will be discussed first.

What payment methods are accepted?

Koby Pools accepts cash and card.

Can I send photos or video for a quote?

Yes. The quote form accepts multiple photos and short videos. They can help Koby Pools understand the pool condition before following up.

Where does Koby Pools provide service?

Koby Pools serves homeowners across Orange County and Rockland County, New York. Service availability can vary by route and schedule, so submit your address for confirmation.

Do I need to be home during service?

Not necessarily. For routine service, Koby Pools can work when you are away if permission and safe access have been arranged in advance.

What happens if weather affects my service day?

Service may be delayed or rescheduled when severe weather or unsafe outdoor conditions make pool work impractical. Koby Pools will communicate schedule changes as soon as reasonably possible.

Is there a minimum weekly-service commitment?

Routine weekly maintenance does not require a long-term commitment unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Reasonable notice is requested before ending recurring service.

How do I report a service issue?

Use the Customer Service page to send the issue details, preferred contact method, and optional photos or video.

For cancellation, access, weather, and scheduling details, see the Service Policies.
